Who We Are

ScanPosture is a trading name of Lawsons Enterprises Ltd (Company No: 16433965, VAT No: GB495884223), registered in England & Wales.

What Data We Collect

When you join our beta waitlist, we collect:

  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Company size (number of employees)
  • Date and time of signup

We do not collect payment information, special category data, or any data from minors.

Why We Collect It

We collect this data solely to:

  • Add you to the ScanPosture beta waitlist
  • Send you a confirmation email
  • Notify you when beta access opens
  • Understand the size and type of companies interested in ScanPosture

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — to communicate with people who have actively expressed interest in our product.

How Long We Keep It

We retain your data for up to 24 months from the date of signup, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. If you do not become a paying customer within that period, your data is deleted.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We use the following processors to operate our service:

  • Supabase (database) — data stored in EU region
  • Resend (email delivery) — used to send your confirmation email

Both processors operate under Data Processing Agreements compliant with UK GDPR.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data at any time
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@scanposture.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
